Greetings,
Transition time, my favorite season of the year - Fall, Autumn, colors and light shifting, leaves and shadows. Summer’s fullness maturing. Apples reflecting the crispness of the air. Days with more darkness ushering in an opportunity to claim quiet and going within. Time to pack away short pants, tank tops and sandals. And of course time to make some new clothes!
Then there is a trip to Paris soon and traveling to that magical city which seems to evoke a sense of romance no matter what my relationship status or lack thereof. Leaving on a jet plane (not so glamorous these days), flying across countries, oceans, continents to a place where I don’t speak the language but manage to communicate, with a beautiful group of women (and a couple of husbands who are on their own). Life is amazing.
Again and again I am learning as I create - no matter how many t-shirts I make and no matter how simple I decide to make them the shirt always throws a challenge my way. The last one I made to wear in Paris was intended to be simple and straightforward. Black, exposed serged seams, simple neck treatment. I ended up re-doing the neck, forgetting I’d wanted to fold it over and cutting it off instead! This raised new problems... And then the thread seemed to be an awfully ‘blue’ black... In checking out the small print with my glasses ON I discovered that it actually was blue - a dark navy to be sure, but definitely blue, not black. I’m hoping everyone else’s eyes will make the adjustment because I refuse to rip all the seams out! For some reason the seam ripper is my new best friend... (Glad I have so many to choose from.)
From Paris I’m traveling to Minnesota to see my family and show my latest creations at ‘ART AT RAMSEY’ on Saturday, December 5th. I have some wonderful new jackets and tops to show. This photo of a new piece is the link to Art at Ramsey's website or you can call me after Thanksgiving at 612-247-6285 for more information.

| Paris On Sale!
Returning to Paris in January for another Paris Tilton Tour specifically for the ‘Soldes’ - the official Paris sales (which the government controls). We still have a couple of spots open if you want to join our fun group. Check out Marcy’s website for the full scoop. Click on the photo below to find out more... |

In September, I accompanied Marcy on a trip to Las Vegas for a fabric show. We had a great time buying some wonderful fresh fall and transitions fabrics. Here we are in one of the Paris Hotel's restaurants having dinner. (Isn't it amazing how Paris is everywhere?) Click on the photo to be directed to Marcy's website so you can peruse the fabrics. |

| This link to Marcy’s website showcases the newest fabrics but be sure to check out all the categories for the Full-Tilton collection. New pieces are still coming in -- which is exciting for us as we can't remember everything we bought!
